redwoods part 2

Stout Grove and the Smith River were big hits with everyone. Really, the Redwood forest is one of our favorite places on earth and hopefully we will make this a yearly trip!  It was great to have family with us. It makes it even sweeter.

Redwoods

It was fun caravanning with cousins.... food stops were much more enjoyable!

This is the cabin we stayed in and the river right in the front yard.

The teens always found something to do... they loved building a fire each night.

Annie really loves Uncle Ned. She wanted to be near him at all times.

Gloria was in baby heaven. There were two babies for her to always be holding. Here she is holding baby Ariana.

Travis would wake up early in the morning with the little ones, so he would get super tired and nap whenever he got a chance.

I had to grab this pic of my boy sleeping.. it seems like as they get older I don't get as many chances to catch them asleep.

Olivia loves holding babies. Ariana really likes Olivia. They were so cute together.

Cami and Shelly were inseparable during this trip.

I love these boys!!! Jarren, Myles, Ron and Gray.

Gloria and Cozy

Olivia and Zahara are such good friends.

Here is Annie at Fern Canyon

Here we are waiting to hike Fern Canyon.

We say this beautiful elk on our hike.

Dad and Olivia (Max in dad's backpack)

Annie loved Fern Canyon!! She loved running all over the place.

Uncle Ned

Max loved playing in all the water in Fern Canyon.

Fern Canyon was beautiful and so fun!

Lots of good places for the kids to pose for pictures... we love Jarren.

Olivia had a blast!

Kids loved climbing trees.

Kissing slugs is supposed to be good luck... or so someone told Gray!

The four boys really stuck together.

No one brought a swim suit, but that didn't stop anyone from getting in!

What's a beach trip without someone getting buried?

And a sand couch?

I'll post more from our trip when i have more time!!! It was a blast!
