Last month we were able to visit our family in NV and Utah. We started the trip by heading to Ned's house in Nevada to spend some time with him and his family. The kids had a blast! Max got sick while we were there and Lincoln ended up getting sick, too. After some fun filled days in Vegas, we rented a couple of mini vans (our vehicle had some issues so we left it there for repairs) and headed to Utah. Our time in Utah was cram packed with fun activities. Our first night we headed to a family part with our Murphy and Browning cousins at Aunt Donna's church. It was great to see cousins and Aunts and Uncles. Thursday we headed to The Grand America for breakfast, only to discover it was closed! So we headed to Dee's, instead. We had a great time with our family :) That afternoon we had a big feast at my moms. Then Friday we spent the day with cousins playing games and making fun goodies to eat, at my moms church!! My mom had a ton of fun stuff to do and everyone bonded through her creative games. That night we went to Temple Square to see the lights (we lost Myles) and came home to have hot chocolate. On Saturday we went to Travis's extended family Thanksgiving lunch. It was great to see his family and I came home the clear winner of the silent auction!! Then we headed back to Vegas to visit cousins and get our car. It was a very successful trip! We can't wait to go back again.
