2 Week trip to Utah- Day 1

We left for Utah the first of August. It was an awesome trip and by the time we got home, it was just one day shy of 2 weeks that we were gone. I am going to try to remember all the events of the trip.

DAY 1

1. Left for Utah on Friday August 1. Drive thru the night. Made it to midvale by 10am.
2. Arrived at RV rental place at 10am. Got a flat tire right before we picked up the RV! We played at a park for 2 1/2 hours until van was fixed and we could pick up RV.
3. The park we played at was AWESOME. It was some sort of Veterans park. There were at least 5 huge and fun playgrounds for the kids. Super cool. One of them was made of wood and looked like a little village. There was also a car show going on at the park. We looked at cars. Looked at books at the library. Played on the playgrounds. And even went to a free carnival for the kids where they got free stuffed animals and crowns and such.

These playgrounds are so cool.

The kids had a blast playing with dad.

We don't have libraries like this.... the kids could have stayed here for many more hours.

The free kids carnival (put on by a boy earning his Eagle Scout, I found out) was a huge success with the kids.

Yes! Olivia DID pick out the biggest toy she could find!

4. We arrived at Grandma's house around 2:00pm. Cousins came over to play and to tie dye back packs for our upcoming camping trip. The kids played games and had a great time with everyone.

Olivia and Sterling have fun together

Annie loves Grandma and Grandpa's playground.

Maxton loves helping Grandpa with the RV's and vehicles (all boy)

Awesome tie-dyed backpacks.... and hands!

Handstand competitions

(the kids all love BayLee)

(Gray with Great-Grandma Browning)

And that was our first day.... time for kids to go to bed while mom went shopping to get ready for the camping trip the next day.
