Who are these fine looking men, you ask? They are Fathers! Mighty fine Fathers. We had a Fun Father's Day, spent with our families. While visiting with my family, we had a fun "Father of the Year" contest. The men competed in several competitions, one being eliminated at the end of each round. The first round the men's wives put Oreo's on their foreheads, then, no hands involved, they had to get the Oreo's into their mouths. The second round, they had to dip their noses in vaseline then dip their noses in cotton balls and get 6 to a plate on the opposite table. Then they had to build a stack of bolts with only a skewer. Next, they had to unwind a roll of crepe paper with only one hand spinning. Finally, they had to knock over a stack of soda cans with rubber bands. It was fun for all. At the end of the event, we let the winner of the night (Ned), compete against all of the moms!!! Following the competition, we played out doors for the remainder of the evening. We had yummy dinner and desserts. It was a fun night filled with laughter and smiles, my big brother Curtis was home sick- we really missed him.
