DINOSAURS!!!

Lately, Max has been super obsessed with dinosaurs. He calls them "Dino's"- and don't ever try to call them by their correct names (Tyrannosaurus or Pterodactyl) he will argue with you every time and say  "No! Dino!".  It is actually super fun. We buy dino books, dino puzzles, dino toys, dino coloring books,  and dino clothes (my friends have started contributing to his dino clothing collection- we can't get him to take the clothes off!  Thanks Jenny and Samantha :).  We are a dinosaur house. None of the other kids ever went through a dinosaur phase, so we are all having a ton of fun with this new dino theme. Max loves to ROAR as loud as he can at random moments of the day... whether we are in church, sitting in a quiet meeting and he feels that is the time to give it all he has... people all over the chapel hear a huge ROAR. He is really good at it. And really loud. When we put him to bed at night, we think he is asleep, then we  hear a random ROAR and know he is still awake. When he wakes up in the morning, he starts the day with a (you guessed it) ROAR! He will ROAR until someone gets him out of bed. He is at such a fun age. I love this obsession of his and I am actually learning a lot about dinosaurs.
So, two weeks ago, my husband and I heard about a dinosaur exhibit that was coming to Fresno. We couldn't pass up the opportunity. We took him (and the who family) to see the dinosaurs. There were some that scared him and some that made him laugh... he loved being able to ride the dinosaurs and never wanted to get off of them. It was a fun little outing and we enjoyed seeing more dinosaurs with our ROARING little boy!
